 | Uitsig Primary School has been in existence for 40 years and is surrounded by a community that faces many challenges, such as TB, unemployment, teenage pregnancies and substance abuse. For this reason, Hermanus Mouwers, principal of Uitsig Primary, and John Gray have adopted "A healthy body = a healthy mind" as a motto to drive change at the school and in the broader community.
